A perfect time

This morning we all headed outside to play. There were a ton of leaves on the grass and we spent a lot of time jumping in them and throwing them up in the air. It was so much fun. After lunch, we went back outside with the camera so I could get pictures of the boys playing in the leaves. Unfortunately, the yard man had come by and cleaned them up while we were eating lunch. That didn't stop us from having fun though.

A couple of notes before you look at the pictures. Yes, Jack carries his ball everywhere while we are outside and yes, that is a bruise on Ben's left cheek. There was a hard collision between Ben and Jack on Saturday night. Lastly, some of the pictures are a little out of focus but I wanted to include all the pictures so you could see what fun they were having.

Halloween party

Friday night, we attended the Halloween party put on by the local mom's group that we are members of. They had games, arts and crafts and lots of desserts to eat. Ben wore his costume out for the first time and I think he would wear it every day if we allowed him to. Jack did not wear his costume since he would have gotten very warm wearing it inside a crowded room while running around (It's a dog costume made of fleece with lots of padding around the belly part).

I can't resist this little face

The pumpkin farm

Last Saturday, we spent the evening at the pumpkin farm. This place was huge! and crowded, likes thousands of people there crowded! Despite the crowds, we still had a great time.

Just getting everything and everyone out of the car is a big ordeal. We got the boys loaded up in the stroller and ready to go.

In line for the train, the boys kept busy by climbing on the rail

Food always makes Jack happy. He was hogging the kettle corn

I asked Drew to take a picture of the boys and I. This is what I got...

The one where his thumb wasn't covering the lens, the boys aren't looking

Jack got mad anytime someone tried to take some kettle corn

Love these two boys

Pure excitement

The pumpkin was a little too heavy for him to pick up

The best part of the night was running through the pumpkins, chasing each other
